Dearest brothers and sisters,
Everything is not as it seems. Those in power are only interested in keeping power, not about your safety or security. In fact, they ONLY care about THEIR safety and security and will do anything in order to make sure THEY are safe from you. Dissidents and protesters organizing and standing up against the government while fighting for better wages and a better standard of living all across the world all throughout history are not paramilitary forces or terrorists (as they have been labelled in Ireland presently). However, since we are uniformed and misinformed we feel the government is protecting us from these dissidents and radicals. What they are actually doing though, is oppressing people just like you and me and subjugating them into conditions that will benefit and ensure the government's growth and power structure.
In truth my brothers and sisters, the War on terror is really about assimilating people. Those that refuse to adhere to the international elite and their banking system are labeled as terrorists. Don’t forget however, acts of terrorism by America’s founders are what freed them from British control and gave them independence. Acts of terrorism by Israel is what got the British to leave Israel and gave the opportunity for Israel to be independent. Majority of people that have rebelled against the power oppressing them and fought for their freedom and became independent were once considered terrorists. NEVER FORGET THAT. The difference between the success of those movements and the failures of today’s movements is the brainwashing and indoctrination done by the media and institutions who basically spoon feed you how to think about certain things. As we get older, we barely use critically thinking when given answers, barely researching any other sides of the story except the ones presented to us. There are many reasons why, but irregardless, the end result is the same. We’re either indifferent or apathetic to what is happening or we support the elite against people just like us who have had enough with being oppressed and are now fighting for their own freedoms against corrupt and malicious governments. However, since we cannot see the truth and cannot empathize with them, we oppose them, and support those in power.
In truth my brothers and sisters, all governments all throughout history employ Agent Provocateurs, use False Flag operations, and employ Mercenaries in order to ensure what they want. Aside from the Police, Secret Services and Military, the government has also teamed up with the Underworld Mafias and Street Gangs in order to create fear throughout urban cities and areas. It is THEY who proliferate weapons, drugs, and launder money all throughout the world and in all regions in order for them to have a reason to stay in power and be able to use the military and police to "protect" you. From time to time, they showcase individuals and groups that have been apprehended by law enforcement, but in truth, it's only a scapegoat, a middleman, and a pastie that is revealed to you. In truth my brothers and sisters, the "official story" is not the real story. It is contrived and made to make you feel secure. And this security is now coming even closer to you. You see my brothers and sisters, Urbanization and Technology was introduced to the masses in order to help monitor, regulate, and control the masses. Roads were invented to give the government access to you and in order for you to go to work, produce goods, and pay taxes in order to strengthen the government. Not for YOUR benefit or to civilize a country but in order to contain and control the country and it's population. You ever wonder why most successful rebellions have happened in rural areas and with peasants rather than in urban areas with laborers? Photographs, names and video footage of people attending protests are routinely obtained by surveillance units and stored on an "intelligence system".
All this is done in order to prepare the government and the military for what is coming. In the near future, many citizens will be pulled away in dragnets in order to protect the infrastructure already in place. These dragnets will be reported as helping to curb: dissidents, protestors, extremists, insurgents, and radicals as well as to stop the flow of illegal immigrants, contain terrorists, curb and minimize the power of gangs and gang activity, and also to stop criminals (usually pedophiles, those with drug related charges and those that break hate laws) in order for you to be unaware of what is truly and really about to happen. Now what is Rex 84 exactly, it is:FEMA CAMPS - Legislation currently working it’s way through Congress mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations. The purpose of such facilities is to provide “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” the expansion of which under FEMA is codified under HR 645, otherwise known as the National Emergency Centers Act.Ominously, the bill states that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security,” an open ended mandate which many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting after a national emergency or total economic collapse.
In General- In accordance with the requirements of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish not fewer than 6 national emergency centers on military installations.
(B) Purpose of National Emergency Centers- The purpose of a national emergency center shall be to use existing infrastructure--
(1) to provide temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster;
(2) to provide centralized locations for the purposes of training and ensuring the coordination of Federal, State, and local first responders;
(3) to provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations; and
(4) to meet other appropriate needs, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security.
Minimum Requirements- A site designated as a national emergency center shall be--
(a) capable of meeting for an extended period of time the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected by an emergency or major disaster;
(b) environmentally safe and shall not pose a health risk to individuals who may use the center;
(c) capable of being scaled up or down to accommodate major disaster preparedness and response drills, operations, and procedures;
(d) capable of housing existing permanent structures necessary to meet training and first responders coordination requirements during non disaster periods;
(5) capable of hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance needs;
(6) required to consist of a complete operations command center, including 2 state-of-the art command and control centers that will comprise a 24/7 operations watch center as follows:
(A) one of the command and control centers shall be in full ready mode; and
(B) the other shall be used daily for training; and
(7) easily accessible at all times and be able to facilitate handicapped and medical facilities, including during an emergency or major disaster.
(1) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions I, II, and III.
(2) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region IV.
(3) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions V and VII.
(4) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Region VI.
(5) The area consisting of Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions VIII and X.

On first glance, it looks as if the War on Terror is failing, however, The WAR ON TERROR is radicalizing areas all over the world and the areas where the WAR ON TERROR is gaining ground presently are being assimilated. The Secret Services actually participate in the spreading of arms, the spreading of drugs in a country or region, as well as laundering money in order to get the result THEY need at any given time. To make and create a false enemy that either does not exist or cannot harm you since you train them, fund them, control them, and manipulate them (at times it does backfire in your face like Indira Gandhi's manipulation of Bhindranwale and the Sikhs which led to her assassination). However, this trick is done on all levels of government all over the world. It has been done in the past and will continue to be done presently and into the future. Just don't buy into everything you read or hear from the media and governmental outlets which are controlled and dominated by those in power.
In the near future, many people will in fact be imprisoned for false charges and false accusations. It is where we are now. Partly OUR fault, partly done by genius on THEIR part. But it is what it is, and it is where we stand today.
