WEAPONS OF THE PRESENT: EMP Weapons, Tsunami Bombs, and HAARP

ElectroMagnetic Pulse Weapons (EMP) 

"also sometimes called a transient electromagnetic disturbance, is a short burst of electromagnetic energy. Such a pulse may occur in the form of a radiated electric or magnetic field or conducted electrical current depending on the source, and may be natural or man-made. EMP interference is generally damaging to electronic equipment, and at higher energy levels a powerful EMP event such as a lightning strike can damage physical objects such as buildings and aircraft structures. The management of EMP effects is an important branch of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) engineering.  The damaging effects of high-energy EMP have been used to create EMP weapons. These are typically divided into nuclear and non-nuclear devices.  To test the effects of EMP on engineered systems and equipment, an EMP simulator may be used.  A small-scale ESD simulator may be hand-held.  At the other end of the scale, large outdoor test facilities incorporating high-energy EMP simulators have been built in the United States, the Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy. The largest facilities are able to test whole vehicles including ships and aircraft for their susceptibility to EMP".

The Tsunami bomb 

Attempted during World War II in order to develop a tectonic weapon that could create destructive tsunamis. The project commenced after US Navy Officer E.A. Gibson noticed small waves generated by explosions used to clear coral reefs. The idea was developed by the United States and New Zealand military in a programme code named “Project Seal”.  Tests were conducted by Professor Thomas Leech, of the University of Auckland, in Whangaparaoa off the coast of Auckland and off New Caledonia between 1944 and 1945. British and US defense chiefs were eager to see it developed, and it was considered potentially as important as the atomic bomb. It was expected to cause massive damage to coastal cities or coastal defences.  The weapon was only tested using small explosions and never on a full scale. 3,700 test explosions were conducted over a seven-month period. The tests revealed that a single explosion would not produce a tsunami, but concluded that a line of 2,000,000 kg (4,400,000 lb) of explosives about 8 km (5.0 mi) off the coast could create a destructive wave

High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) 

"is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT), its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance.  In fact, it allows for the Earth's resonant frequency to be tapped into. This is resonant to alpha(4) and beta (8Hz) brainwaves. However, recently the resonant frequency of Earth has increased to 8.5Hz. It is unknown why, or if this is a problem. Heating and lifting the ionosphere can cause great variations in air pressure at lower heights, which, in turn could be used to affect weather though HAARP is basically a massive radio transmitter. It works by blasting high energy radiowaves (frequency variable) at up to a billion watts at the Ionosphere. This heats the Ionosphere and causes the targeted section to lift allowing communication from military satellites to continue in bad weather or wartime conditions (even nuclear). It can also be tuned to cause the Ionosphere to vibrate with high energy, producing (directable) resonant ELF waves to hit (and pass deeply into) the Earth. Brain waves (alpha: 4Hz and beta: 8Hz) can be affected when HAARP generates ELF at their resonant frequencies. The two Fundamental emotions of fear and aggression can be targeted similarly. HAARP Resonance can be used to "encourage" earthquakes by reproducing P-waves at a known frequency. 
HAARP can also be used to find underground bases, geological structures and resources".

SIDE NOTE:

     Every society for one reason or another, always believes it is smarter than the last.  However, the accepted mass degeneration of society since the 1980's is something new and yet it has accelerated at a rapid pace through the use of technology and choice thus enabling the masses to remain ignorant of their actual material reality (unless someone actually "spoon feeds" them the information).  Many of those born during the 1980's and afterwards have actually chosen to be distracted and ignorant and it's effects are playing out in full effect in society presently with so many people living in debt hoping against hope that the bubbles holding their illusionary reality together do not evaporate -bringing everything they believed in, crashing down in front of them.  The masses have become so programmed to be "politically correct" since the 1980's that superficialities have dominated majority of interactions and any negative information is seen as a Mental Illness and something not to be discussed but instead to be medicated away.  This leaves many feelings and beliefs repressed and suppressed leaving the door open for many negative reactions if the illusion is no longer real.

 

     Beware the backlash when the illusion crashes down around you.  It is not the Elite who must be on guard but the masses who have to protect themselves and those they love, for anger is often turned on people closest to you, not on those you cannot reach.  Therefore, the Elite will not lose sleep over the anger and frustration building inside the masses because they know that it will be turned on one another when it is unleashed and it will be unleashed with devastating consequences.  In the end, out of that chaos, order will be restored and the Elite will again rule over the masses who are trying to justify to themselves the chaos that they created and brought about on each other.
