NANO-PARTICLE TECHNOLOGY:
What we presently call "Nano-Particle Technology" was first called "Smart Dust" by NASA and envisioned to be used as a Weapon for it's Military application on human populations and human civilizations.

BLACK GOO:
Smart Dust and Nanotechnology can be Weaponized inside of our body having fatal consequences. It can be placed inside of us without our knowledge through inhalation, consuming it through food and beverage, or injected into us through vaccines.  It can then be forcibly extracted out of us causing our body heavy damage and thus proving fatal to us.
